Before You Write to Us
Four questions account for most of the mail that reaches this desk, and all four are answered faster on the site than by return email.
"Can you book a room for me?"
No. Fuse Labs Digital holds no allocation and issues no confirmations. Each review page carries a link to the property's official reservation channel and to an established booking platform; a reservation exists only once one of those sends you a confirmation directly.
"What will a room cost?"
We publish no rates. Warsaw and Kraków pricing swings with the congress and event calendar, and Sopot with the Baltic season. Only the property or the booking platform can quote you a live figure with taxes and cancellation terms attached.
"Can I visit the casino as a hotel guest?"
Entry to a licensed Polish casino is separate from your hotel stay: you must be 18 or over and register at the casino reception with a passport or national ID card, whether or not you sleep upstairs. The Casino Guide sets out the formalities.
"Will you review my property?"
Possibly, and it costs nothing. Coverage decisions rest with the editorial desk alone; a property cannot buy inclusion, position, or tone. Send the property's official site and licensing details and we will tell you whether it fits our scope.
